Kyle Stowers Sits for Second Straight Game Against Atlanta

Kyle Stowers is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against Atlanta as the opponent deploys a left-handed opener in Ray Kerr. The left-handed hitter retreated to the bench for the second consecutive day after coming on as a pinch-hitter in Thursday's contest against the Cubs, keeping him a candidate for mid-game action.
