Josh Simmons Ruled Out For Chiefs Due To Back Injury

Kansas City Chiefs offensive tackle Josh Simmons has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins due to a back injury. Simmons did not practice all week as he continues his recovery. In his absence, the Chiefs are once again set to start undrafted rookie Kahlil Benson at left tackle to protect quarterback Patrick Mahomes and anchor the offensive line.
