Jets No. 1 Tight End Mason Taylor Ruled Out For Week 3 vs. Lions

New York Jets starting tight end Mason Taylor has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions due to a thumb injury. In Taylor's absence, the Jets will rely on remaining tight ends Kenyon Sadiq and Jeremy Ruckert, potentially opening the door for rookie Kenyon Sadiq to handle an expanded snap share in the offensive game plan.
