Hayden Wesneski Slated for Crucial Outing as Astros Pitching Stretched

Pitcher Hayden Wesneski is expected to follow starter Hunter Brown on Saturday in West Sacramento as the Houston Astros navigate severe rotation shortages. With Cristian Javier sidelined by a groin injury and the team struggling to complete innings from starters, Wesneski will be relied upon to cover key outs. The Astros currently control their own destiny in the American League West title race heading into the final three games of the regular season.
