Dallas Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger (lower body) will not suit up for Friday's preseason finale on the road against the Minnesota Wild. Oettinger was previously scratched from Wednesday's start due to lower-body tightness. Although head coach Glen Gulutzan downplayed the severity of the issue, the netminder will rest during the final preseason contest. It remains unlikely that the injury will affect his availability for Opening Night against the Blues on Oct. 2.
