Mike Evans Misses Wednesday Practice Due to Ongoing Hip Injury Concerns

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans missed Wednesday's practice due to a hip issue that forced him to exit Sunday's game in the fourth quarter. Head coach Kyle Shanahan noted Evans' workload will be carefully managed this week. While the team hopes he plays against the Cardinals, he is not a lock. If Evans is sidelined, George Kittle and Deebo Samuel are expected to be the main beneficiaries as the 49ers monitor his progress and receiver depth.
