Pittsburgh Steelers running back Rico Dowdle is considered day-to-day after medical testing on a toe injury sustained Sunday checked out relatively okay. Dowdle was carted off in the second half of a 20-3 loss to the Patriots but avoided severe damage. He finished the game with seven carries for 22 yards and two catches for 22 yards. His practice participation will determine his availability for the upcoming Week 3 divisional matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
