J.T. Ginn Transferred to 60-Day Injured List, Season Concludes

The Sacramento Athletics transferred starting pitcher J.T. Ginn to the 60-day injured list on Tuesday, officially ending his 2026 season. Ginn landed on the 15-day IL at the beginning of September due to a right elbow impingement and fell behind schedule in his recovery program. The move was part of a pair of corresponding transactions that also included reinstating Joshua Kuroda-Grauer and shelving Max Muncy.
