Trevor Story Out of Red Sox Lineup Tuesday for Scheduled Rest

Trevor Story is out of the Red Sox lineup for Tuesday's game against the Guardians, receiving a rest day after starting 15 consecutive contests. The veteran shortstop has been on a hot streak, posting a .799 OPS during that 15-game span to help Boston clinch a postseason spot on Sunday. Isiah Kiner-Falefa will start at shortstop and bat eighth in his place Tuesday as Story rests ahead of the upcoming playoff push.
