Kawhi Leonard Agrees to $115M Extension With Raptors

Kawhi Leonard agreed to a two-year, $115M contract extension with the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday, including a 2028-29 player option, ensuring he will finish his career with the franchise. Now under contract for three years totaling $165M, Leonard moves on after the Clippers faced severe penalties for salary cap circumvention. He received a $700,000 fine as the Justice Department opens a criminal inquiry, leaving his former team devastated while he aims to lead Toronto back to prominence.
