No. 1 Pick AJ Dybantsa Poised for Impact Role with Wizards, Fit with Young Crucial

No. 1 overall pick AJ Dybantsa, a 6-foot-9 forward, joins the Wizards' rebuilt roster alongside veterans Trae Young and Anthony Davis. Dybantsa, who led the nation with 25.5 PPG as a freshman, possesses natural scoring instincts, body control, and midrange touch, with flashes of point-forward potential. He is projected to start, and his development is a priority. His fit with Trae Young is a key dynamic, as the Wizards aim to integrate his talent without treating him as a mere role player in their "two-timeline" project.
