Yasir Abdullah Draws Major Defensive Snaps in Falcons Loss

Atlanta Falcons linebacker Yasir Abdullah emerged as a surprise recipient of major playing time during Sunday's blowout loss to the Panthers. Playing as part of a heavy rotation designed to stop the run and contain Bryce Young, Abdullah logged 30 defensive snaps and 16 special teams snaps. He proved to be a major asset for the defense, though he did struggle slightly on special teams by missing one tackle during the disappointing home defeat for the team.
