Romello Height Suffers Broken Hand and Needs Surgery

San Francisco 49ers rookie edge rusher Romello Height suffered a broken hand during Sunday's victory and will require surgery. Head coach Kyle Shanahan did not rule out the possibility of Height playing as soon as Sunday, pointing to other players who have played with protective casts.
