Vladimir Guerrero Held Out of Lineup Due to Back Tightness

Vladimir Guerrero is absent from Toronto's lineup for Monday's game in Baltimore after being lifted from Sunday's contest against the Rangers due to lower-back tightness. He is considered day-to-day, but with the Blue Jays' playoff hopes rapidly fading, Vlad Jr. could be shut down if his condition does not improve quickly. Sean Keys is handling first base in Guerrero's absence for the series opener.
