Kyle Shanahan Dismisses Idea of Bringing Back Brandon Aiyuk

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan firmly rejected the idea of bringing back wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk following new injuries to Demarcus Robinson and Mike Evans. Aiyuk has not played for San Francisco since tearing his ACL and MCL in 2024, missing the entire 2025 season after the team voided his guaranteed contract over missed treatments. Shanahan issued a simple 'No' when asked if Aiyuk remained an option for the team.
