Carnell Tate Not a Big Factor in Week 2 Loss to Eagles

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Carnell Tate caught three passes for 27 yards on five targets against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2. Expected to be a major part of the passing game during his rookie season, Tate has posted only 65 yards through his first two games and currently functions as a depth fantasy receiver.
