Brent Headrick Surrenders Go-Ahead Grand Slam Against D-Backs

New York Yankees left-handed reliever Brent Headrick failed to extinguish a fifth-inning threat in Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks. Entering with bases loaded and one out, Headrick struck out Geraldo Perdomo before issuing a bases-loaded walk to Corbin Carroll and serving up a go-ahead grand slam to Nolan Arenado. He was charged with two earned runs without allowing a hit over 0.2 innings, seeing his relief outing turn the tide.
