Patrick Sandoval Takes Mound as Boston Red Sox Chase Postseason Berth

Patrick Sandoval is scheduled to pitch in Sunday's series finale against the Tampa Bay Rays as the Boston Red Sox close in on a postseason spot. With their magic number down to one, a single win secures a Wild Card berth for Boston. Sandoval faces a Rays squad starting Griffin Jax, who holds a 3.40 ERA since moving to the rotation. The Red Sox will look to wrap up their road trip successfully before returning home to Fenway Park for their final regular-season homestand.
