Dylan Cease Undergoes Shoulder MRI and Misses Start

Toronto Blue Jays right-hander Dylan Cease underwent an MRI for right shoulder fatigue and missed his scheduled Wednesday start against Baltimore. Cease struggled in his last outing against Texas, throwing only 2.2 innings. Manager John Schneider noted his velocity has declined recently, and a decision on whether he pitches again depends on the MRI results and Toronto's playoff standing.
