Tua Tagovailoa Ruled Out for Week 2 Matchup Against Panthers

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is officially inactive for Sunday's Week 2 contest against the Carolina Panthers due to an oblique injury. Tagovailoa was previously listed as doubtful on the injury report, prompting Atlanta to name Cooper Rush as the starting quarterback. Tagovailoa's timeline for return remains uncertain as the Falcons prepare for a quick turnaround with a Thursday night game in Week 3.
