Jac Caglianone Returns to Lineup and Apologizes for Punching Wall
Jac Caglianone returned to the Royals lineup Saturday against the Pirates after missing a game for punching a dugout wall out of frustration in Houston, cutting his hand. Caglianone called the incident a selfish and immature move that he wants to learn from. The 23-year-old is slumping in September, going 4-for-27 (.148) with 11 strikeouts, but maintains an impressive overall slash line of .277/.328/.483 with 23 home runs this season.
