Dillon Bell Elevated from Practice Squad to Bolster Vikings Roster

The Minnesota Vikings have elevated wide receiver Dillon Bell and outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy from the practice squad to the main roster ahead of their NFC North matchup against the Chicago Bears.
