De'Zhaun Stribling Placed on Injured Reserve After Deltoid Ankle Surgery

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling has been officially placed on injured reserve following successful surgery for a deltoid sprain of his left ankle. Stribling suffered the injury during the team's Week 1 win against the Rams.
