Anton Forsberg Set to Start Kings Preseason Opener Against Golden Knights

Anton Forsberg is expected to start Saturday's preseason opener against the Golden Knights. The 33-year-old backstop is primed for an increased workload with Los Angeles after appearing in all four of the team's postseason contests last spring. During the 2025-26 regular season, Forsberg posted a 16-12-5 record, 2.57 GAA, .909 save percentage, and three shutouts over 36 games while sharing netminding duties with Darcy Kuemper.
