Sebastian Walcott Promoted to Triple-A Round Rock for Final Days of Season

Texas Rangers 20-year-old infield prospect Sebastian Walcott has been promoted from Double-A Frisco to Triple-A Round Rock for the final two days of the AAA season. Walcott, a top-25 overall prospect, missed time earlier this year following spring internal brace surgery before slashing .322/.398/.586 over 37 games with Frisco. He will serve as Round Rock's DH on Saturday and could be in contention for a major league promotion.
