Michael Pittman Ruled Out for Week 2 Matchup Against Patriots
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Michael Pittman has been officially downgraded to out for Sunday's Week 2 game against the New England Patriots due to a foot injury. Pittman initially practiced on a limited basis Wednesday before missing practice on Thursday and Friday. In his Steelers debut in Week 1, he recorded three receptions on three targets for 58 yards. His absence elevates rookie Germie Bernard and third-year wideout Roman Wilson into expanded roles alongside DK Metcalf.
