Jake Cousins Suffers Injury in Oklahoma City Rehab Appearance
Jake Cousins exited Friday's Triple-A rehab appearance for Oklahoma City after throwing just a single pitch in the sixth inning. The 32-year-old reliever immediately grabbed his leg and departed the mound alongside a team trainer. Cousins, who joined the Dodgers before opening day while recovering from June 2025 Tommy John surgery, was making his sixth rehab outing. He has surrendered five runs in 4.1 innings pitched across his Triple-A rehab stint.
