Ian Happ Hits 24th Home Run in Chicago Cubs' Loss to Reds

Ian Happ went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-4 loss to the Cincinnati Reds. The third-inning blast was his 24th of the season and the 198th of his career, tying him with Hank Sauer for 10th on the all-time Cubs home run list. Happ snapped a long homerless drought dating back to Aug. 25, during which he hit just .212 with a .646 OPS over 20 games. Despite the slump, Happ remains a core regular as Chicago fights for playoff positioning.
