Cam Schlittler Blames Himself Despite Strong Outing in Yankees Loss

New York Yankees ace Cam Schlittler allowed one earned run over six innings in a 5-3 loss to Arizona, dropping New York five games behind Tampa Bay in the AL East. Despite the setback, the 24-year-old Cy Young frontrunner holds a 14-6 record with a 1.94 ERA and a historic 1.16 road ERA across 32 starts. Schlittler is set to anchor the Yankees' rotation and start Game 1 of the upcoming Wild Card series.
