Avonte Maddox Exits TNF Early With Second-Quarter Foot Injury

Detroit Lions defensive back Avonte Maddox was ruled out for the remainder of Thursday night's game against the Buffalo Bills after suffering a foot injury in the second quarter. Maddox exited the contest before halftime as Detroit fell behind 27-10. His departure leaves the Lions' secondary depleted against Buffalo's high-powered passing attack, with further updates on his prognosis expected following post-game evaluations.
