Sonny Gray Delivers Quality Start in Red Sox No-Decision Against Rangers

Boston Red Sox right-hander Sonny Gray put together his third straight quality start Thursday, allowing three runs on three hits and three walks while striking out six over 6.1 innings in a no-decision against the Rangers. Gray could not earn the win as the Red Sox offense lagged until late innings. He has allowed six runs over 19.1 frames in September, bringing his season totals to a 2.82 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, and 146 strikeouts across 163 innings over 28 starts.
