Eddy Pineiro Misses Second Straight Practice with Illness

San Francisco 49ers kicker Eddy Pineiro was sidelined for Thursday's practice due to an ongoing illness, marking his second consecutive missed session. The 49ers are giving Pineiro time to recover before Sunday's game against the Dolphins, but potential kicker workouts in the coming days would indicate growing concern over his gameday availability for head coach Kyle Shanahan's squad.
