David Peterson Delivers Dominant Outing for Chicago Cubs Against Braves

Chicago Cubs pitcher David Peterson delivered his best performance with the team during Monday's game against the Atlanta Braves. Peterson tossed six impressive innings of one-run ball, allowing just three hits and three walks while striking out seven batters. He threw 56 of his 85 pitches for strikes to lead the Cubs, though the team would later fall on Tuesday due to bullpen struggles. Peterson's outing provided a rare pitching highlight for Chicago.
