Petey Halpin Delivers Go-Ahead Three-Run Homer to Spark Guardians Victory

Cleveland Guardians rookie outfielder Petey Halpin powered his team to a 6-3 victory over the Chicago White Sox by launching a go-ahead, 412-foot three-run home run off lefty Sean Newcomb in the sixth inning. Getting the start in center field due to teammate injuries, Halpin collected his fourth home run of the year, overcoming a slow career start against southpaws to secure the decisive blow and cap off an explosive multi-hit performance.
