Paul Gervase Optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City by Dodgers

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Paul Gervase was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday to open an active roster spot for left-hander Kris Bubic. Gervase had just been called up on Monday but did not make an appearance over the last two games, as starters Tarik Skubal and Yoshinobu Yamamoto both delivered seven scoreless innings.
