Brock Bowers Misses Wednesday Practice After Knee Surgery

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers sat out Wednesday's practice as he continues recovering from a meniscus trim on his left knee. Head coach Klint Kubiak considers Bowers day-to-day and hopes he can return to practice Thursday or Friday ahead of Week 2 against the Los Angeles Chargers. The injury is not considered long-term, but Michael Mayer will serve as the primary tight end if Bowers cannot play.
