Boston Smith Headlines Mariners Prospects Heading to Arizona Fall League

Catcher/outfielder Boston Smith leads a contingent of eight Seattle Mariners prospects selected to participate in the upcoming Arizona Fall League with the Peoria Javelinas. Smith split his strong 2026 minor league campaign between Double-A Birmingham and Arkansas, batting .274/.424/.566 with 31 home runs, 84 RBIs, and a .990 OPS. Seattle intends to give the power hitter additional defensive repetitions behind the plate during the monthlong fall schedule.
