Lindy Waters Departs NBA to Sign Contract with Beijing Ducks

Former Golden State Warriors, Detroit Pistons, and San Antonio Spurs wing Lindy Waters III is leaving the NBA to sign with the Beijing Ducks in the Chinese Basketball Association. After bursting onto the scene with strong 3-point shooting for Golden State in 2024, the 29-year-old played sparingly across recent stints. Facing limited NBA roster spots, Waters now transitions overseas to start a second chapter in China alongside former NBA players.
