CJ Abrams Sidelined Tuesday Against Phillies Due to Neck Tightness

Washington Nationals shortstop CJ Abrams missed Tuesday's 6-3 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies due to neck tightness. Abrams had started all 11 September games prior to Tuesday, posting a .655 OPS while recording multi-hit performances in three straight contests before the neck issue surfaced. Washington has not indicated an injured list stint for the 25-year-old, though rookie Nasim Nuñez filled in at shortstop.
