Jameson Taillon Ruled Out for Remainder of 2026 Season
Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Jameson Taillon announced Tuesday that his 2026 season is over due to a right elbow injury. Taillon is scheduled to travel to Texas on Sept. 22 to consult with Dr. Keith Meister for further evaluation. He expressed optimism that the issue will not require major surgery and can instead be treated with injections alongside an offseason rehabilitation program.
