Antonio Williams Nominated for Rookie Award After Strong Debut

Washington Commanders rookie wide receiver Antonio Williams has been nominated for Week 1 Rookie of the Week after an impressive debut against Philadelphia. Despite playing just 26 offensive snaps and running 10 routes, Williams caught all four of his targets for 64 yards. His performance featured key catches, including a 33-yard reception on third-and-14 and a late fourth-quarter one-yard touchdown that set up a crucial two-point conversion attempt in the 24-22 loss.
