Matisse Thybulle Expected to Bolster Lakers Perimeter Defense

The Los Angeles Lakers added Matisse Thybulle on a minimum deal to help replace Marcus Smart's perimeter defense. Having appeared in just 45 combined games over the past two seasons due to health issues, reports indicate Thybulle is fully healthy entering the year. Known for elite disruption and a 37% three-point clip over the last three seasons, his ability to stay on the floor will determine if he anchors the Lakers' defense alongside Luka Dončić and Austin Reaves.
