Geraldo Perdomo Gets Starting Nod at Shortstop for D-Backs

Geraldo Perdomo was named the starting shortstop for the Arizona Diamondbacks in their game against the Miami Marlins. Perdomo continues to provide steady defensive play at shortstop while giving the Diamondbacks quality plate appearances near the bottom of the lineup. His presence in the middle infield remains a key fixture for Arizona as the team competes in late-season National League matchups in Phoenix.
