Cooper McDonald Questionable to Return With Knee Injury Versus Broncos

Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Cooper McDonald suffered a knee injury in the first quarter of Monday's season opener against the Denver Broncos. McDonald sustained the injury while covering a kickoff following Patrick Mahomes' 15-yard touchdown run, having logged a half-tackle prior to leaving the field. The Chiefs officially designated McDonald as questionable to return as he undergoes further evaluation.
