Will Warren Delivers Strong Outing in Yankees' Minnesota Series

Will Warren pitched very well over 5.2 innings, allowing just two unearned runs on five hits with six strikeouts and two walks in an 8-3 win over the Minnesota Twins. Warren has continued a strong stretch over the past month, serving as a solid fifth starter before a likely postseason bullpen move. Only one run of support and a costly error prevented Warren from earning his 11th win, bringing his season record to 10-6 with a 3.89 ERA.
