David Peterson Takes Mound For Matchup Against Braves

Left-handed pitcher David Peterson takes the mound against the Atlanta Braves and a lineup featuring Sean Murphy and Ha-Seong Kim. Peterson has struggled historically against current Braves hitters, allowing a .318 wOBA and .347 xwOBA across 141 career head-to-head plate appearances. Known for higher pitch counts and inefficiency, Peterson seeks to navigate a familiar and aggressive Atlanta batting order at Wrigley Field.
