Kawhi Leonard Rejoins Raptors as Massive Clippers Trade Gets Final Approval
The NBA officially approved Kawhi Leonard's trade back to the Toronto Raptors from the Los Angeles Clippers for Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, two first-round draft picks, two second-round picks, and a pick swap. The completed deal follows an NBA salary cap probe that fined Leonard $700,000, fined the Clippers $30M, and suspended owner Steve Ballmer for one year. Leonard, 35, averaged 27.9 points in 65 games last season and is expected to sign an extension with Toronto once finalized.
