Robert Saleh Discusses Growth Process for Titans QB Cam Ward

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward expressed disappointment after a 23-10 opening loss to the Jets. Head coach Robert Saleh defended the 2025 first overall pick, noting that Ward has had seven coordinators in seven years and is at the floor of his development. Saleh emphasized that developing Ward is a long-term process requiring stability and repetition, though he acknowledged the quarterback has all the necessary physical and mental tools.
