Luka Dončić Prepares to Lead Lakers Following Offseason Roster Revamp

Luka Dončić is taking full command of the Los Angeles Lakers following LeBron James' departure. After leading the NBA in scoring (33.5 PPG) and placing third in assists (8.3 APG) prior to a playoff-sidelining hamstring strain, Dončić hosted a team minicamp in Slovenia to foster chemistry. He also actively helped shape the roster, recruiting Austin Reaves and Walker Kessler ahead of the new season as he seeks to lead the team deep into the postseason.
