Scott Bandura Promoted to Giants Roster for Major League Debut

The San Francisco Giants called up outfielder Scott Bandura from Triple-A Sacramento on Sunday for his Major League debut. To clear a 40-man roster spot for the 25-year-old, star slugger Rafael Devers was placed on the 60-day injured list. Drafted in the seventh round in 2023 out of Princeton, Bandura earned his promotion by batting .318/.398/.492 with 10 home runs and 24 stolen bases in 94 Triple-A games while offering strong defense across all three outfield spots.
